We believe in being extraordinary. We want to continue to love what we do and maintain a passion for coming to work every day. Learning, developing focus, and finding our own niche is what allows us to flourish, remain successful, and exceed daily. It is only with support, collaboration, and passion of those like-minded individuals that will help us change us, our practice, and the world around us.
I am always learning. What I did in dentistry yesterday is very different today. And the patients are different. So we need to keep learning, innovating, and changing to keep up and succeed in this profession. Especially if we want to continue enjoying it.
Continuing Dental Education is not enough. I need to be able to learn, discuss, and follow-up on implementation so I can continue to improve. Having a supportive group of colleagues to discuss cases and situations has helped me grow exponentially as a clinician.
Having a group of like-minded people around me to navigate running a dental practice my way can make all the difference.
